What monitor would be best for the EVGA GeForce GTX690

I'm looking for a good monitor that has adjustable tilt and height. I would like the monitor to be black and to be able to run 3D, also for it to be 100mhz or higher refresh rate, and 5ms or lower response time and for it to be black to white to black. The screen size doesn't matter, i don't care what lights it, and the price doesn't matter all that much.
