HD: you want to get an ssd without an doubt.
RAM: depends on your cooler. what cpu cooler are you using? btw 1600mhz is pretty much the sweet spot for ram speed.
Motherboard: the asrock is the better deal and still overclocks well. 4-4.3 ghz easily achieved.
CPU COoler: if you want to overclock you want to get an aftermarket cooler. The best bang for your buck is currently the hyper 212 evo.
RAM Again. If you get the hyper 212 evo you want low profile ram. like this:http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbsr
Case is a preference. based on your motherboard you want either a mid tower or full tower that supports atx motherboards.
glad to help.

SSD's? Samsung 840 pro's are the best. no argument. but if you can;t fit one in your budget some of these are great too

Great and another option for the memory ? Corsair?

Last question at all, is 500w power supply ok?

the power supply really depends on the brand and 12v rail. corsair ram is fine unless it sticks too high in the air.
