Will my system bottle neck

my system specs are
I5-2320,3.0ghz quad core,Overlocked to 3.4ghz
8gb ram
430w psu(going to get 750w)
Radeon 7850( i am going to get this)

so will my system bottleneck on BF3 or anything like that?

I don't think you understand the term bottleneck. One piece will max out while the other wont, the one maxing out would be the bottleneck. As for your system, they will work together pretty well, and there wont be a real bottleneck. The main thing would be what settings you use, and the resolution you plan to play on will determine which would cause the bottleneck.
