I'm gonna go with no.

Integrated Intel Graphics .... it may technically run DayZ, but you wouldn't want to play it.

The CPU isn't spectacular, but it isn't bad either. Don't know what your PSU is, but I'd snag a GPU if you're wanting to game at all. Doesn't even have to be anything fancy ... almost anything > Intel HD.
 


Well, you have chosen the cheapest version, if you go higher and buy video card, say ATI 7750 (would not require power supply upgrade) for about $100 USD you will feel much better
