My rig:
CPU:Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz OC @ 4.0GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-V LK
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB 1600MHz
PSU: Seasonic 750X 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular

Im looking for a good monitor for gaming. Im getting an Avermedia Live Gamer HD and it only uses HDMI. Sadly that means ill have to get a monitor that is 60Hz. But i might be able to squeeze a 120Hz monitor(Just depends on the price). Ive looked around and i just cant really find something.. Im looking for a monitor that is 23" or 23.6" and has nice and crisp/vivid images, fast response time less then 5ms for gaming, preferably has a DVI-D port and just looks good all around. This will be my primary monitor. I already have a secondary Asus monitor but its not good for gaming just good as a secondary. Maybe someone could help me find a good monitor. And i have a budget of less then 250$

Thanks for adding your budget! The one I posted earlier is still a viable option but here are a few that may do it for you.

Dell UltraSharp U2312HM IPS-Panel Black 23" 8ms Swivel & Height Adjustable Widescreen LCD Monitor with LED 300 cd/m2 2 Million:1 DCR (1000:1) This model provides a ton of adjustment angles and is under your budget. Dell usually builds very solid monitors and this could work great.

The ASUS VE258Q Black 25" 2ms HDMI LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor w/Display Port & Speakers 250 cd/m2 50,000,000:1 ASCR monitor has a great response time and is aesthetically pleasing. The only downside is that it can be very bright.

These 2 here would work great for what you are looking for, but if you are looking for similar performance for less money I would go with the one I posted earlier. The ASUS VX238H-W White 23" 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 80,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers
