I believe you can run most games (even the newest ones) at a good setting. You will be able to get smooth FPS while still having an exceptional visual experience. Your build is very balanced which is very good. Nothing will be "bottle-necked."

Good system for tight budget, but what resolution you will play at? 1600x900? if yes, then it will easily to play at high to ultra setting in most game except for Crysis 3, you can but at medium to high setting with 30fps to 50+fps.
