AMD CPU and Geforce gtx 670 GPU?

Im just wondering of you can match up an AMD FX-8350 with a Geforce gtx 670 4GB.Also what motherboard would i need, and would this change the brand anything els would have to be ex: psu, ram, cpu cooler? My budget is about $600-$650 on the GPU and CPU conbined, and about $150-$175 on the mobo.

yes 8350 and a GTX 670 would be a quite powerful rig. or you can wait for newer GTX 770's. and as for the mobo:
