ZOTAC Nvidia 650Ti boost DDR5 2GB Graphic card compatibility issue

I have an HAF 922 Cabinet, i5 3450 CPU, DZ75ML-45k MB, CM 600W PSU, 8 GB DDR3 1600, 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD. I want to buy a ZOTAC Nvidia 650Ti boost DDR5 2GB Graphic card rated 450W power consumption. Is this compatible with my PC in terms of power consumption. please help!

Your PSU should be fine powering those components. BTW, the 450W recommended is the minimum PSU that is recommended to power the system, and you have 600 W. Zotac has that spec for sufficient power for the whole system, not just the video card.
