Building PC with CPU-AMD A6-5400K Trinity 3.6GHz (need help)

Hello everyone !
I'm working on PC build that's will consist this components:
CPU-AMD A6-5400K Trinity 3.6GHz
GPU-Integrated AMD 7540D
Motherboard-MSI FM2-A55M-E33 FM2

And now I will ask a questions.
1. In description about mother board, there were written, that the motherboard supports on-board graphic output only if CPU does.
So, is CPU supporting it ?
2. Is it will be enough with 300W power supply, for this build ?

1. Yes Take care though that the CPU requires a BIOS update, depending on the board's manufacture date

But, if you haven't bought the power supply, I suggest choosing a 350 W one. Make sure it does have a 4 pin ATX power connector.

Minimum power supply recommended is 300 watts with at least a 15 amp +12v rating.

What can be the worst thing that can happen if power supply is too week ?
And the power supply is at least 9 years old.

Then I guess that you can't use it. Does it have a 4 pin ATX power connector?

Yes it have the 4 pin ATX power connector ! But my father told me, that you can't use old power supply, because they damage HDDs.

Not necessarily but yes, I think it's better buying a newer power supply.
