Overclocking the 3770k

Hey guys, I'm trying to overclock my 3770k, I tried 4.5 but I got temps of a max of 95c, is this safe, I used intelburntest on max. They run on avg about 87c, this is my first PC, and first time overclocking, any help is greatly appreciated.

H100i
EVGA 780 Classified (When Released)
Asus Sabertooth z77
16Gb 1600 Corsair Platium
2TB WD Black
128 Samsung 840 Pro

Safe? Well... Yeah...

Reccomended? Absolutely not. That is far too high. The highest most people would reccomend a CPU of the series be at load is under 70C. Any higher is pushing it. You seem to be overvolting your CPU way too much.

I agree with elemein, especially since you are using an H100i. What is your voltage?
