Need help finding a computer.

Hey every one. I am looking for a PC for my little brother. He will be playing Minecraft mostly, but he will also be playing ARMA 3 a little bit. I do not want to order parts and build ANOTHER computer. I already had trouble builiding mine. But I am looking for a PC that will run games like ARMA on meduim settings with good FPS.
