Error while joining client to domain

Hello
Im preparing an office network I installed windows server 2003 and I configured Active directory domain services but I received this error when im adding XP system to that domain.... please help me with this
(error code 0x0000232B RCODE_NAME_ERROR)

What troubleshooting steps did you take?
DNS configured correctly?
Did you google/search the error?
