Run Missing- Pls Help

I cant see run option in my start up menu. Have tried everything to show it, but the last link is always missing. Pls help as its required to show the temperary files. I cant even see temp files, folder options ( both in control panel and tools menu)

Rather than go back eight years for the answer, go into My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View then tick "Show hidden files and folders" then untick "Hide protected operating system files".

The Run option is displayed or hidden according to the Start menu Properties. Right click Start then go to Properties Start>Properties>Customise>Advanced and tick Run Command then OK your way out. It should appear in the menu from then on.
