my current rig is :-

intel e7500 2.93 ghz processor

intel dg41rq motherboard

4gigs of ddr2 ram

zotac geforce 210 1gb ddr3 synergy edition .(my current graphics card )

a cheap quality 450watts power supply model supercomp sep500
(12v-25a)

i'm going to replace my current graphics card with a "SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7750 1GB GDDR5" .what do you think about the performance boost i'll get after changing/switching to this gfx card.i mostly play very modern games on lowest settings with my current graphics card .but it can't handle to play crysis 3,battlefield 3,witcher 2....etc etc .so i wanted to know that will i be able to play modern and upcoming games on 720p (1280*720 this is my current desktop resolution) or 800*600 resolution with lowest setting with this graphics card (sapphire radeon hd 7750)..

You will have a better experience. a gt210 is a weak GPU. You will get a good boost for sure and DX 11 on top of it.

According to this tool you will get 4x more performance or so.

A LARGE DIFFERENCE! A 210 is weaker than Intel's HD4000 if I'm not mistaken. The 7750 isn't a monster that will run games like BF3, Skyrim or AC3 on ultra settings, but it will be a significant improvement. Medium/high settings @ 720p should be achievable.

should i buy a radeon 6670 or 7750 .radeon hd 6670's pci-e version 2.0 is compatible with my mobo whereas 7750 has pci 3.0 .i know that these version are backwards compatible but are you all really sure that it won't give me any kind of problems after installing .i know that a 7750 will be bottlenecked by my pc currently .but my current pc (after this gfx card upgrade)will manage a decent fps at 720p .i like 7750 more than 6670. maybe i upgrade my rig in future so the 7750 will become good performer at that time .what do you think ??buying a radeon hd 7750 is currently a good choice in my case or not ??i'm in budget so i can only buy 1 from these 2 cards radeon hd (6670 and 7750)

You will be absolutely 100% fine with PCI 3.0, the only difference is bandwidth, and PCI 2.0 is fast enough for most cards on the market, PCI 2.0 only becomes a problem with really high end cards like the GTX 690 or Titan.

Well both of those cards are AMD's entry level, just one is the 2011 model (6670) and the other is the 2012 model (7750). But as you're only playing in 720p you should be to maintain a playable framerate on medium settings in most games.
The 7750 is the better option, it beats out the 6670 comfortably in most games. Unless the 6670 is half the price and your main concern is budget then the 7750 is a superior card.
Oh and your rig won't bottleneck a 7750 or a 6670 as they are very low end cards (no disrespect), but upgrading your CPU would improve the overall system.

Hope this helps =)
