I have managed to make a computer with 8GB of RAM, 1 TB of memory, and 3.8 Ghz for about $400. I have found everything for this on Amazon except for Windows 7(ebay). Prices are constantly changing so I'm not sure if this will go up or down in price.

Motherboard- MSI SOCKET FM2/AMD A75/DDR3/SATA&USB3.O/A&GbEMicroATX motherboard
- $59.90

Processor- AMD A10 5800K APU 3.8Ghz Processor
- $109.99
This processor and motherboard do not need a graphics card because the motherboard has hd support. The processor is a cpu and a gpu all in one.

RAM card- Corsair 8GB (1x8) DDR3 RAM
-$47.19

Hard Drive- Western Digital Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive
-$64.99

DVD Drive- Lite-On Super AllWrite 24X SATA DVD
-$21.79

(Ebay) Windows 7 home premium 32 bit
-$10.99

Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500W Power Supply
-$43.71

Now to case it
Case- Rosewill Dual Fans Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case FBM-01
-$28.99

If you find a better deal I really would appreciate help.

It looks okay, except for a few things. First you need, two sticks of RAM, instead of one. Go for 2x4GB for 8GB total. With a single stick you will be running at half the speed.

Also you need Windows 7 64-bit, 32-bit is no good. Also $10.99?? You better make sure thats legit, because Windows 7 typically sells for $90

Let's assume that it's just the disk and he has a key or something :3

Okay,
So your computer looks good,
BUT.
and this is a big BUT:

The AMD A10 5800k is not very good for that sort of thing. And another thing to save you money, ditch the drive bro. It's useless. Spend the money on a better case. I'm about to build this computer, you may want to use it as it's better for your build. It only has a 500gb HDD, but that's plenty right now.

This computer should run games well, and will be better suited. A DVD drive is obsolete now. I would suggest downloading games from here on out, because that will save you time and money.

Also, you should spend $5 more and get 2 4GB sticks instead of 1 8gb stick. That will slow down your ram if you have only 1 stick with dual channel slots.

Your case is small and will not be good enough to keep your computer cool.
Use the thermaltake one i suggested

I also suggested a corsair 430w psu. This is modular so no need to worry about cable crap. 430w should be fine if you aren't going to use a dedicated graphics card, but if you do use the 6670 or the 7790 to get the best performance using Hybrid Crossfire.

All in all, your system is heading in the right direction. It just needs some tweaks.

Lastly:
Use pcpartpicker.com. It lets you pick the parts you want, has a built in compatibility filter, and will show you where the lowest prices on your items are ;)
