Complex issue, can't find help anywhere, I'm thinking it's my motherboard now.

Started about a week ago; my computer slowly shut things off, Usually my monitor first, then over the course if the next 10 minutes it will slowly turn off everything else. Usually the game I am playing, then whatever other programs I gave open, then my speakers then my mic. And quite frequently, it won't boot, starts up and sounds as if everything is normal, but my monitor/mouse/speakers don't connect and it's basically useless. I've run scans and found nothing virus wise and I've run temp things like speedfan, it's running a bit hot but not tooo bad.
