Don't send error report irritates me to play the game

Hello, I have a system configuration of 512 MB of RAM and Core 2 duo processor and I can't able to run the Need For Speed Most Wanted on my PC.
I checked the game reuirements with the system requirments also the main question is that 1 year ago I was playing NFS smoothly but now I can't play NFS MW and NFS Underground Games. Please tell me the solutions. Your answers would be appriciated. Thank you.

You system RAM is low, you have to fulfill these requirements

Recommended System Requirement:
- CPU: 3 Ghz or faster
- RAM: Atleast 1 GB
- VGA: Atleast an NVidia 5900 or ATi 9800 with 256mb of video memory
- DirectX: DirectX 9.0c
- HDD: 3 GB or more free space
- Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible
- Resolution: 1280x1024
