How to upgrade BIOS on ASUS M5A78L-M LX with a FX CPU?

I can't any info about which version is installed when purchased.

"32nm AM3+ CPU is supported by BIOS version 0401 and later"

This is what's said on the official site. Will it boot at all or what? The processor is FX- 6300 X6 @3.5GHz

Hi, The 1401 version is required for FX 6300.
There's a barcode sticker on the motherboard. The last 4 digits stand for the board's BIOS version.
