New to building wondering if i should be concerned with core temps

Hi I built my first computer 2 weeks ago and dont know much about system temperatures and I was wondering if an idle temp of 43C and a stress temp of 95C non overclocked with a stock cooler is normal, this is my build
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Biostar TZ68K+ ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 6670 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case
Case Fan: Cooler Master Megaflow 110.0 CFM 200mm Fan x2 one mounted on top as exhaust one mounted in front as intake and the stock case fans 120mm(I think) one on the back as exhaust one on the side as intake
Power Supply: Cooler Master Elite Power 460W ATX12V Power Supply

$30 on a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo will solve those issues and also allow you to overclock.

95C is pretty high, most like to keep around 80C.

okay sweet thanks also could you recommend good quiet case fans with good airflow the stock 120mm fans are louder than the 200mm fans I put in and it gets kind of annoying thanks for the help

I have some Cougar Vortex 140mm, they have a fluid bearing and rubber grommets on the mounts, they push a lot of air and they are quiet.
