This is my current system and I was wondering With the motherboard and my 850 psu is the graphics card going to struggle or not work as good as it should?
Some guy said to me before that the mobo is only 2.0 and that the gtx 670 is designed for a 3.0. this means not a great deal to me, so any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

the 1600x900 is my second screen, main is 1920x1080, if I bought a new motherboard with a PCIe which supported 3.0 would it be worth it / would there be a difference?

thanks

You would also have to upgrade to an Ivy Bridge processor. The SB doesn't support version 3.0 But you won't be able to tell the difference between ver 3.0 and 2.0 when in actual use, anyway.
