Motherboard internal USB adapter?

Hey all,
I'm new here.
I am going to buy this motherboard for a home server:

I will be running an OS called FreeNAS, that only requires an 8GB USB to run.
I would like to know if theres some kind of adapter to plug it direct into the motherboard. I do not want it protruding from the case, as it may get knocked and stop the OS. So, using the internal header, instead of plugging it into the case, get an adapter and plug it direct into the usb so it is sticking out o the mobo.
