Graphics card reduce performance (lag) when PSU is not enough?

Hmm. after 2 years of evaluating my own computer, I always notice about "LAG" everytime I play games. New or Old.

Maybe it has something to do with the power supply?

TT meaning Thermaltake?

It is entirely possible that is your problem. If your power supply isn't not strong enough to properly power the GPU, the graphics card will throttle to the level where it can operate.
