Best £130 gaming monitor?

Hello, I am about to chose a monitor for my new gaming pc build. I am stuck between a couple of monitors. here they are:

Which monitor is the best and why?
Any other suggestions would be great!

I'd take the LG 24EA53VQ instead : http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-24EA53VQ-inch-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B00BSOT2LA/ref=sr_1_13?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1369992337&sr=1-13&keywords=ips+monitor . The use of IPS panel make this monitor a very strong competitor.

This monitor is reported to to have poor viewing angle ( quite odd, since IPS monitors are supposed to have very wide viewing angle, using an IPS monitor myself ) . Not familiar with this brand, thou, but it shouldn't bring any significant increase in image quality over the LG one.

The LG one still leads in responding time ( 5ms vs 7ms GTG ), which becomes very useful during gaming.

Is the 5ms vs 7ms noticable? I dont have very sensetive eyes so I dont think i would notice it and I am not using the monitor for competetive online gaming. Just a thought as I would rather go for better picture quality over response rate.

Barely, but yes. Both those monitors have the same type of IPS panel, so it's better to just get the cheaper one. Image quaility should be the same.
