Issue with IOMEGA NAS

We have Iomega Px4 300d NAS drive and we are using Symantec DLO backup. The issue is that whenever DLO server and Storage is Shutdown and started I cannot access the shared folder on Storage unless I access the storage console from any PC. It gives error access is denied. The problem is that we Shutdown everything after office hours daily and every day I need to access the console of storage first then the DLO agent on each users machine gets connected and the backup starts.
We have connected this NAS into our Domain and access the console using domain user.
Can anybody help me this issue. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like a possible startup order issue. Since everything is shutdown at night the Domain controller needs to be started up first. When that is up and running startup the NAS, And then finally the workstations.

What version or Symantec are you using?
