Thoughts on this PC spec?

Graphics card: NEW! NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio

Case: Xigmatek Asgard 382 Window

PSU:650W Corsair VS

Would this make up a good build? and can you give me any advice/improvements?

Solid build, everything looks good to me. If you wanted, you could probably get by with a 500W PSU, but that's if you wanna save a few bucks.

Everything seems pretty good, you could try getting a lesser HDD and get an SSD though, they are amazing.

A good rig
the Radeon HD 7950 Boost Edition graphics card, is about just as much as the 660 TI, and has a little more power behind it.
So i guess it comes down to what deal you can get for the parts.

keep in mind though, that Intel's Haswell CPUs are coming out this month, which will either be an improvement over the existing Ivy Bridge CPUs, or at least decrease the price existing Ivy Bridge processors

So if you can wait a few weeks, your cpu choice may be a few dollars less expensive
