Pre-Installing Windows 7 on harddrive

hello guys

i need some help , okay so when you buy a new laptop and turn it on it shows you to set up your timezone and username then it shows preparing your computer for first time use.

i want to have a installation like that, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible but you need to provide us with more information such as if its a new computer and if it has an OS on it or not ect.
