On "high" graphics, you might be able to, but it's pretty iffy.

In that case, I don't think you can hit a stable 60fps with what you have. Of course, 60fps is 'ideal', and you would probably enjoy yourself at anything above 45fps, which you can probably hit.
You could always take some of the more demanding settings and drop them down a bit. You don't have a "max out everything" PC, but you have a pretty good one that can deliver a solid experience for you.
