I currently use AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphics card and AMD Phenom 9100e quad processor.

I'm trying to upgrade a little bit to run games smoothly on higher setting and I'm not sure which to upgrade first?

I also found this Processor AMD FX-8350 which looks nice for the price but I don't know a lot about computers so what do you guys think? or would you maybe recommend a different processor altogether?

Also what graphics card would you recommend that could help smooth out gameplay on higher setting on games like Guild Wars 2?

Also if I were to buy the AMD FX-8350 would I need a new motherboard? The model number for my current motherboard is N15235.

and my last question if I do need a new motherboard is what is the difference with them I found a pretty decent bundle deal for that processor and motherboard together but some are quite cheap that could use that processor and some are quite expensive.

-Thanks

Although the CPU upgrade would help game play the thing that would help the most is going with a much better GPU.

It would help to know what your budget is, what resolutions you are looking to play at, and what kind PSU you have as all of these factor into what you will be able to get.

I have about $800 to spend on upgrades, I'd obviously want the settings to be as high as possible on the game and I think I have a 600 watt power supply

Well with $800 you can get,
This board,
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Corp-Motherboards-970A-G46/dp/B0073JYZ48/
And this CPU,
http://www.amazon.com/AMD-FX-8350-Eight-Core-Processor-FD8350FRHKBOX/dp/B009O7YUF6/
Or...
This Board,
http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Computer-Corp-Motherboards-Z77MA-G45/dp/B007QWIA9S/
With this CPU,
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Core-i5-3570K-Quad-Core-Processor/dp/B007SZ0E1K/

Both would pair nicely with either of these GPU's,

NVidia,
http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-SUPERCLOCKED-Graphics-02G-P4-2662-KR/dp/B00966IREK/

AMD,
http://www.amazon.com/R7850-2xMiniDisplayPort-TWIN-FROZR-2GD5/dp/B007MLSGHE/

Both of which will be very good for playing most games at 1080P maxed at 60fps+

What brand PSU?

I think the PSU is Blue Star

Also would your recommend one pairing of the items you listed over the other pair? Like would one work better for gaming or would it roughly the same?

Well the intel setup with the 7850 would probably be the better of the 2.
But it costs more of course and I would suggest getting a different PSU if you plan on doing any overclocking as I have never heard of the brand "Blue Star" before and it can and will take something with it when it goes.
I learned this the hard way sadly.
