Good voltages for my ram???

Hi. I have Corsair XM3 1600 MHz (2x4GB) Ram. When I try to run it in Dual Channel, I get BSOD. I ran memtest and in single channel no errors. In dual channel I get a good amount---10+. Someone on another forum said changing DRAM voltages and the CPU memory controller. Can someone tell me what I should change all my voltages and other settings to? I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3, And an AMD FX-6300. Thanks

From the sounds of it, it may simply be a weak 6100 MC (memory controller) try raising the CPU/NB voltage + 0.06 from the current setting and raise the DRAM voltage + 0.03
