Yes they are both still available. And yes it does work perfectly on that mobo.

Is it possible to get a read on the S.M.A.R.T. of the SSD? I would like to know how much of the capacity of the drive is actually still left and how many hours it was used. Thanks in advance.

Sorry I cannot do that because where I'm at I don't have a desktep to do it. The SSD was wiped using ATA Secure Erase.

"ATA Secure Erase command is designed to remove all user data from a drive. With an SSD without integrated encryption, this command will put the drive back to its original out-of-box state. This will initially restore its performance to the highest possible level"

So the drive is at 240gb. I bought the drive about 10 months ago and used it regularly. It comes with a 3 year warranty with its original box.

I believe that wiping an SSD puts more hours and wear on the drive and it will not restore it to full capacity. It is my understanding that what they mean is that it wipes the drive and puts the bits back to 0. You cannot "undo" bad areas on the drive, which come with normal use. The drive itself will find and reallocate as the sections become unusable.

I see. Well I apologize, I have no way of running a SMART read here.

I bought the drive about 8 months ago and used it about 4 hours a day. It comes with a 3 year warranty as well.

From what I see the cheaper 240GB on there are only SATA II so it's only half as fast as this one. My price is very reasonable.
