I am going between 2 builds want opinions to help decide

I have built one amd build threw pcpartpickers and one intel core i5 threw them aswell. I was woundering which one you guys would recommend for photo editing gameing mainly skyrim and phantasy star online 2 with vecter and pixel work. Both i would be trying to oc the cpu to atleast 4ghz maybe 4.2 or 4.3 but not much beyond that. If i got the amd build i also would be ocing the 7950 to 1ghz close to a stock 7970 as possible hence the gold plus power supply.

From what I can tell, the builds are very much the same in performance. It would be useful to know what you budget is on this so it could be improved. On your AMD build I noticed that you could probably upgrade the CPU and avoid OC, as I found a better CPU that brought performance and spending closer to the Intel build - http://compare.ebay.com/like/200852070932?_lwgsi=y&ltyp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar

In short, I prefer the AMD build with a few adjustments

1400$ is the budget. On the intel build i am a little iffy on the motherboard the reviews i find are 50/50 some say amazing then pthers say 2 or 3 doas before a working board arrived.Then it didnt oc properly. Though i still have some room to play money wise on it.
