Slow motion gaming footage?

So, this game, Minecraft (yeah, yeah, laugh all you want.) I'm making a machinima in it with friends.

I've setup fraps to record at 300FPS, and I was wondering if there was some program I can use to slow that footage down 5x to 60FPS or 10x to 30FPS.

This is to make slow-mo action scenes that I will edit to look badass and like in action movies.
