Extreme budgeting Gaming rig.

So as you can tell by the title, i attempted to create a low budget gaming computer. My budget is around 300-450. I came up with a system build but i don't know if it is good or not. So heres the build.

Don't want to sound like a newbie and all(even though i am), but what exactly will OC'ing do to a computer.

Basically making it run faster than the manufacturer designed it to, by increasing the clock speed. Quite litterally, clocking it over the defaults.

I saw the disadvantages to this, anyway to change the build to avoid OC'ing?

You don't need to OC - it's an option. Most of your parts would be pretty sweet if you decided to though.

You can drop the aftermarket CPU cooler, though AMD's stock ones are pretty loud, so you might not want to.

You don't need the CPU cooler unless you plan on overclocking
