Black screen of death after amd updates fixed, but a lot of programs crashing.

Hello guys, if i re-install windows and install drivers, will it fix crashing?

Re installing windows and installing appropriate drivers (even slightly older version) should fix the crashes. Possibly the one which wasn't crashing your system.

Or you can also select your device in Device Manager and roll back drivers.

It might. It depends on if it is a software problem or a hardware problem.
