Hi

i have (ATI radeon HD 5450) VGA

my simple question is: is it enough to watch HD and blu-ray movies? I never play games, I am only concerned about movies and series which I have in HD with HD monitor... so I wanna get the most out of it

is it poor, average, good, very good, excellent or perfect? (for the purpose of watching high quality movies, I repeat)

what are my other choices for a better experience anyway?

I use:
windows 7 SP1 64 bit
intel core 7i 3.4GHz
8 RAM

the rating of graphics is 4.1

my monitor is dell ST24 full HD with HD cable connected

this is a printscreen from one full HD video i watched from YouTube

I know the conversion and uploading took from the quality of it, but still it is not much better when I watch it directly!!

Well, first you are watching from YouTube. There are a lot of compression going on, especially if the video is in high resolution.

Graphics card should not affect picture quality, usually. If that so, try clean uninstall of your graphics card driver.
