A good gaming rig for under $900

hi im looking to get a new gaming pc and want to know some good builds for under $900. Im looking for a pc that can run games like gmod,dayz,TF2,and games like that with smooth fps.If you guys could give me some feedback it will be helpfull.

Tf2 doesnt take that much in cpu and i run it on a very crapy pc was a good pc 4 years ago graphics card: geforce gt 140
Motherboard msi ms 7358
And i run tf2 on full settings and best fps i can get.
