Games I can normally play lagging/fps drop

Hi, some of my games like skyrim and fallout 3 have started lagging and the fps has dropped by a lot, to the point where i cant play. Mods arent the problem as its the same when they're uninstalled. my pc -

I don't see anything that could really be holding you back. Have you raised the graphics settings for the games? Are your GPU temps getting too high? Have you cleaned your PC in a while? Have you updated to the latest drivers
