Videos runing slow.

Videos running slow, audio is fine, but when i move mouse pointer everything returns to normal. Games run normal and system monitor cpu and memory never cross 50%.

My config
Q9550
Gpu 560GTX
4gb kingston DDR3 1600mhz

From HDD and Internet and its interesting that same thing happens in football manager 2013 but not in any other game.

I doubt it will be network problems now but can you run this anyway http://www.speedtest.net/ so we can eliminate it as a possibility. What other games have you tried?

I played BioShock, Crysis 3 and some other games. Speed test woks fine for me. I use GOM player with K lite codecs and movies from HDD slows down but audio is ok. I reinstalled K-lite and Gom but it still runs slow. Youtube slows down too, but video loads fine.

How Much space is free on your primary HDD?

On primary partition around 110gb of 150gb on secondary partition 400gb of 800gb. I think its a software problem because games run normal. I was suspecting GPU but then games would lag too so it have to be software problem. I cant restore windows to day before this started i dont have restore point that old. Its a weird problem cant find solution on google too.
I used ccleaner and defragmented the disks and update gpu drivers still no solution. Weird thing is that when i move my mouse movie continue in normal speed but after about 30 sec slows down again.

What format are the videos in? AVI? (Excluding youtubes as thats FLV)
