I HAVE WIPED MY HARD DRIVE AND LOST MICROSOFT OFFICE HOW DO I RECOVER IT. i HAVE KEY NUMBER BUT ITS A 1 USER, 1 USE AND ITS NOT WORKING.

I'm sorry to inform you that since it's 1 use and you already tried to use it again on same computer after re installing MS office and didn't work. That means you cannot use that license anymore. Now the only two option you got is buy another MS office license or use Opensource Openoffice.
