AMD offers a 3 game bundle with the purchase of the 7970. Bioshock/Crysis3/Blood Dragon

It's a great card with great games.

But... Nvidia just launched their gtx 770 kepler refresh. It comes with gpu boost 2.0, 7ghz memory, and higher clock speeds that the gtx 680 for $400.

Nvidia offers physx and great SLI drivers if you plan to take that route.
AMD offers the 3 game bundle and 3gb vram for high resolution gaming

at 1080p the gtx 770 may come ahead of the hd 7970 in most games, but overall they perform very similar.

On paper Radeon cards look like the better deal, and even in benchmarks they show good if not better FPS rates than the competing Nvidia cards. However there's a big difference between the FPS that programs like FRAPS detect, and the FPS that your eyes detect. If you look at benchmarks where "Lower is Better", specifically delays in frame delivery time, you'll see that Radeon cards generally fall behind the Nvidia cards. Micro studders are detected by your eyes but not so much by FPS programs. And micro studders can be very annoying. I've personally owned 5 Radeon cards and 2 Nvidia cards and in my opinion the Nvidia cards are much visually smoother in games. You can read about it in greater detail at this link on the last page.
Radeon cards are a great bang for buck, but if you're super picky about the liquidity of your gaming graphics like me, go Nvidia.
