Haswell build recommendation ~1000

I am looking to buy a new Pc for around £1000 this is what i have found. Do you think it is a good build or have any recommendations? i want to use this for gaming nothing too fancy mostly RTS games. I will also be doing some development using sqlserver and VS 2012.

Hard to say, when you haven't stated what you're wanting it for.

If for gaming, you won't need an i7 or 16GB RAM.

You'll be just fine then.

I wouldn't get that K CPU if you're not OC'ing.
