ATI Control Panel Drivers missing

My pc has been formatted from the recovery disks I made when it was new. It's a windows xp. It's now telling me that the ATI control panel drivers are missing & the wireless internet has been switched off. I need help! What do I do?

You can always go to AMD (ATI's) web site and download the correct drivers for your video. As for the wifi, try enabling it via the control panel
