Will AMD be a better choice when the console's come out?

Since both the XBOX One AND the PS4 will have both AMD CPU's and GPU's (7790 and 7850 respectively) will AMD scale better on future console port's than Intel/Nvidia? I'm just curious as to what you guys think.

No, it is complete nonsense to compare PCs to consoles. In terms of sheer graphics and processing horsepower, the PC will win every single time. To compare the two would be like comparing grade school T-ball to the New York Yankees. Or some tepid off brand generic cola to Classic Coke. If you want the best in terms of graphics horsepower, be prepared to pay for it.

No that's not going to matter. Software almost never favors one CPU over another - except in very rare circumstances.
