So I want to build my own computer and I am trying to learn about all the different components, but before I buy anything I was wondering if I could get some advice on what I have so far.

I am trying to get a build that has the minimum requirements, plus a tiny bit more, to play Crysis 3 in High Quality.

My main concerns really are, did I go overboard bit? Will it all fit together? Did I get too big of a power supply?

Any help would be great. I am trying to spend a little money as possible.

Here is what I have so far:

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 - $139.99
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz - $349.99
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 12GB (3x4GB) - $109.99
Video Card: GeForce GTX 680 2GB EVGA - $449.99

Hard Drive: SanDisk Extreme 480GB SATA III - $369.99
Disc Drives: ASUS Black SATA Drive - $18.99

Tower: Antec 900 ATX Mid Tower - $109.99
PSU: Corsair AX1200 1200W - $279.99
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H50 - $59.99
GPU Cooler: Arctic Accelero Hybrid Extreme - $122.99

OS: Windows 7 Professional (OEM) - $139.99

WiFi Card: ASUS PCE-N15 Wireless Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g/n - $26.99

Total Cost: $2,225.89

Drop to an i5. i7 has no added benefits in games.

Get 8gb RAM.

You need a 1150 motherboard not 1155 for the new Haswell chips.

The PSU is super overkill. Get a 650w unit.

Drop that junk watercooler and get an air cooler. It will be better and quieter. The coolermaster hyper 212 evo is a great choice.

Drop the GPU cooler. The one it comes with perfectly fine.
