Hello i've got a problem. I try to oc my q6600 B3 to 3.0 Ghz 9x333.
I tried a lot of settings and i dont know why it is unstable.
Here is my acctual config in BIOS:
CPU ratio 9
FSB strap to nb 333
FSB 333
PCIE 100
DRAM freq ddr3-1066 9-9-9-27
CPU Voltage 1,35
CPU PLL 1,5
FSB Termination Voltage 1,3
DRAM Voltage 1,8
NB Voltage 1,4
LLC enabled

After 5 sec of prime95 - BSOD.
The volts are high so it should run 3 ghz easily.

Here is my PC hardware:
Intel Quad Q6600 2,4GHz 8MB B3
Asus P5KC DDR3/DDR2 S775
Asus Nvidia Gtx 295 1792 MB
OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 REAPER 2x2GB 1333MHz
CHIEFTEC CFT-560A-12S 560W
Asus Triton 70 Quiet
iBox Lynx 703LD + LCD

Can anybody help me?

Try to gradually work your way up from the stock 266 MHz FSB clock at 1.35 volts and see where you start having trouble. You could be having any number of problems but it's tough to pin it down if you just make the large jump from stock all the way up to 3.0 GHz in one go. 3.0 GHz by the way is a pretty high clock speed for a Q6600, especially a B3 stepping one. Your might be less lucky and your particular B3 Q6600 might not make it to 3.0 on 1.35 volts. It probably also draws 150+ watts and you might be having a bit of Vdroop, or you might be overheating, etc. etc. Just work it up by 5 MHz or so FSB clock at a time until you start having trouble.
