Gaming monitor about 260 USD

Hello guys, well i bought a nvidia geforce gtx 780 but i need a monitor to play with, the more important thing for me is the fps, i play leagueoflegends.com and i need Ultra-smooth refresh rate, my budget is at max 260 USD. i found this monitor: ASUS VG248QE 24-Inch

I have read bad reviews of this monitor where most agree that the quality of the colors is not good, however good reviews said that the refresh rate is great wich is 144hz with 1ms free rate. So do you recommend this monitor or i can get something better with 260 USD??

I dont think that monitor is good since theres lot of people complaining bout that.
