GPU: Sapphire 7950 Boost
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
MOBO: ASRock Z77 Extreme 3 or 4
PSU: Corsair CX500
SSD: 120GB Samsung 840 Series SSD
Case: Corsair 200R or 300R
Optical: Any DVD/RW drive should do.

Are you not interested in the latest 4th Gen Intel CPUs?

The new Haswell cpu's you do you mean? Hm.. i'm not too sure, are there any distinct differences?

Also, Why the sapphire boost rather than the gigabyte oc ?

Haswell, is newer and a little faster, it would make better sense to get the latest CPU and the new LGA 1150 platform since LGA 1155 will start to become phased out.

That gigabyte card has too many fans, 2 fans do the job fine and don't cause weird airflow due to the massive amount of fans.
