so i have been wanting to set up an eyefinity setup. I had 2 dell 2009w, but the other day one died. So im stuck with one monitor and am wondering which route i should go. I could either pick up 2 more dell 2009w's on ebay for about 120-160 for both, or should i go with some new monitors. Budget is somewhat tight most i could spend is 150$ per monitor but even then it would be awhile until i could get all 3. The dell 2009w's are old and outdated, but they are cheap.

Well there are a few good liyama models for about 150$. Just make sure you are buying something that has good contrast and color and preferably around 1/2 MS speed. I would personally opt for 27inch or 30 inch with 2540x1440 resolution instead of eyefinity because i can't stand the lines between things. However if you are set to go the brand won't hold you back as much. Just find a monitor that has what i said and than google reviews of it. That's the only way to decide for your self ( preferably all 3 same brand) as than you can put them next to one another seamlessly ( fancy words are fancy)

If you haven't bought anything yet these monitors are great for eyefinity setups. I myself are considering buy one but am not sure which to go for (I think LG at the moment but not sure)

Acer H236HL
Asus VN247H-P
LG IPS237L

If you had any ideas, sharing is appreciated :)

I actually ordered another dell 2009w, a display port to vga since the samsung is only vga and my friend game me an old syncmaster 2032nw. They're all the same resolution, and the bezels aren't too bad (i have the samsung in the middle with the dells bezels hidden behind it) i managed to get the colors matching and im really liking eyefinity. I would've preferred to get 3 new monitors since these are somewhat dated, but i didn't have the money. hopefully in a few weeks ill be able to pick up another dell and have 3 of the same.
As for you i was actually looking at the acer monitor you listed, but i couldn't afford 3 of them lol. the asus is pricy and about the same. and i couldn't find the LG in stock in newegg at least.
my recommendation http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009483
the bezels are super skinny lol
