For the past few months, I've been taking a IT technical school in my area and I've decided to build my own desktop. I got a fairly modern computer case that they had lying around and said I could have it if I wanted it. I looked up the case and this is it.

When I look inside it, I see the motherboard tray has mounds that I believe act as risers or standoffs for the motherboard. I tried fitting an atx motherboard on it and the screw holes all match except one screw hole in the upper left corner near the spot you would put the power supply. Is it all right to have to have only one screw hole on the motherboard not to be screwed if I went and bought an ATX motherboard? I appreciate any advice and options.
