CPU cooler is fine, you just need to switch the CPU fan around. And the wiring is fine, but a couple zip ties could do wonders. Just try to make sure the wiring doesn't block fans or air flow.

Sorry one last question. To turn the CPU the way it should be do i have to remove everything including the thermal paste and redo everything or do i just have to change the position of the black fan?

just take the fan off and place it on the other side. Make sure its pulling air. Usually, the side with the logo on the fan is pushing.
