Is this cable management bad for my computer.

Is this cable management harmful to my system or i shouldn't worry.

As long as nothing interferes with a fan it will be fine. Just looks terrible.

Also your CPU cooler is on backwards. It should blow towards the back of the case.

CPU cooler is fine, you just need to switch the CPU fan around. And the wiring is fine, but a couple zip ties could do wonders. Just try to make sure the wiring doesn't block fans or air flow.

No, your CPU may just be a few degrees warmer than it would otherwise be. Unless the computer has been shutting off due to overheating, it hasn't done any damage.

Sorry one last question. To turn the CPU the way it should be do i have to remove everything including the thermal paste and redo everything or do i just have to change the position of the black fan?

just take the fan off and place it on the other side. Make sure its pulling air. Usually, the side with the logo on the fan is pushing.
